I’ve never wrote a review before but there’s a first for everything. The customer service at pets warehouse is outstanding. They are quick to respond to all questions, shipping status, etc. I recently had an issue with an aquarium stand, which could’ve happened during shipping and they quickly rectified the issue. No questions asked. I wish all companies I dealt with were this professional!!!!

Really happy with the plants I ordered online. I was worried about the shipping being affected by this extremely hot weather. All the plants made it and are healthy. I'm especially in love with the red tiger lotus! The colors are amazing.

This has been my LFS for years. They always have a very wide selection of saltwater and freshwater fish, as well as anything you could possibly need for your tank. All of the workers there are very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I also shop here for food, treats, and toys for my dog and 2 cats. Their shelves are always fully stocked and prices are usually lower than anywhere else I shop. If you're in the area I definitely recommend stopping by.

Very good people! I am writing this review based on great customer service I received from Julia on the phone and in person. I called looking for fish food (clams on a half shell) that there has been a shortage on getting anywhere. Julia called her warehouse and got me 2 bags delivered to the store for my puffer fish who will not eat any other brand. She also held them for me overnight because we had a storm. I picked them up today and Julia is just as nice in person. I am so grateful! There is a nice guy named Joe who works in the fish area we chatted and he is awesome! They will always have my business. Thank you again!

So this is my first time here. I have a Nano Reef Aquarium and typically shop at Country Critters, and Aqua Hut but I decided to take the trip to this location because I have seen good things on Facebook. Let me tell you, I am blown away by how professional all the employees are (and they are all young guys and gals) and how immaculate the fish, corals, Inverts and live rocks are kept. The selection of fish and Inverts are more than most suffolk county aquarium shops combined, no joke. All snail types, multiple types of crabs, huge selection of designer clownfish, huge coral tank, huge live rock tank, etc. The employees all look like they are having a blast, all smiling, all helpful. I picked up some snails, hermit crabs and feather duster personally this visit and will 1000000% be back, and they may have just made me want to start yet another tank.

Im not sure if this is the store that shipped my order, but it was the closest to farmingdale(where it shipped from). They were super responsive and accommodating to me during my order for a Aquatop 12g... I had them add a lid to the order, which they did, then I had them remove it, because the measurements on the site were wrong. Both times, they were quick to respond to my requests as annoying as it probably was. Tank arrived packaged extremely well and in perfect condition.

The staff was very helpful in a text exchange and also on a phone call to help me determine if a certain brand of aquarium Aqueous hood might fit another brand aquarium.Oceanic. We had to exchange several correspondences with various measurements but ultimately we determined it would be a match and it was !! That’s a good thing since there were no returns allowed on this item. Perfect fit. The item came very carefully wrapped with lots of thick bubble wrap and labeling! So happy since the other hood glass had cracked and I’ve had the bow front 46 gallon aquarium for almost 20 years ! Wanted to keep it going. Thank you Petswarehouse for saving the day!!

Hands down the best aquarium store on Long Island for freshwater, saltwater, and corals. They have an awesome selection of fish, plus tons of supplies, food, and aquariums. This is my go to spot for fish and frozen food always great quality and prices every time!
